When a business owner finds their profile on your website, they can pay to claim it. Once claimed, they gain full control over the account, allowing them to update details, add accurate business information, upload photos, showcase services, and optimize their presence. This not only generates revenue from existing data but also drives member engagement, enriches your site’s content, and boosts search visibility — creating a win-win for both you and your members.

How to Access This Add-On

✅ Free to Use: This add-on is already included. You can activate it anytime from the Manage Plugins section in your Admin Panel.

How to Activate :

1. Navigate to Finance and then select Manage Membership Plans.

2. Here you can create a new claim membership plan.



3. Select the claim account type and then click the Submit button.

4. You can access the claimable plan available to you, and since it is a claimable plan, the sign-up option is not provided.


5. Navigate to Members → Import Member Bulk Data to add users in bulk and assign them to this claim listing plan.


6. Download the CSV template for the next functionality.


7. Create a CSV file containing details of some members.



8. Select the claimable plan you created, mark it as active, then click on ‘Choose File’ to upload the CSV file.

9.Navigate to Members → Search Member to view all claimable members.

Register as a Claimable Plan Member:

1. Navigate to the website’s member listing.



2. Here you can view the claimable members and access the details of any selected member.

3. Click on the ‘Claim Your Listing’ option here.

4. You can browse the available plan options here and select the one under which you wish to create your profile.

5. The member will be registered here as a claimable member.
