We obtain information about you through the means discussed below when we provide the Services. Please note that we need certain types of information so that we can provide the Services to you. If you do not provide us with such information, or ask us to delete it, you may no longer be able to access or use our Services.

While parts of the Services may not require you to provide any information that can directly identify you by name (such as if you choose to browse the website without logging in), the specific types of information we collect will depend upon the Services you use, how you use them, and the information you choose to provide. Information about others. If you request that your purchase be provided to someone other than yourself (such as a gift recipient), we use the information you provide about the other person to fulfill the shipment.

Brightdirectories takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any information to Brightdirectories via the Internet.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection, and use practices, the features of our Services, or advances in technology. We will make the revised Privacy Policy accessible through the Services, so you should review the Privacy Policy periodically. You can know if the Privacy Policy has changed since the last time you reviewed it by checking the “Date of Last Revision” included at the beginning of the document. If we make a material change to the Policy, you will be provided with appropriate notice in accordance with legal requirements. If you are not entirely satisfied with your license , we're here to help.
Fees are payable in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. Customer's billing cycle shall be monthly or annually or one time license fee as indicated in the order at the beginning on the Service Commencement date. Bright Directories (Powered by Polosoft Technologies) may request payment for the first billing cycle prior to the beginning of service. Terms of this Agreement; otherwise Bright directories will send invoice to customer via electronic mail on the Primary Customer Contact listed on the Order. Invoiced fees may be issued on or before the 1st day of each billing cycle, and the fees shall be due by the 10th day following invoice date, but in no event earlier than the first day of each billing cycle. Payments must be made in United States dollars. Customers are liable for providing Bright Directories with changes to billing information (such as credit card expiration, change in billing address). At its option, Bright directories may accrue charges to be made to a credit/debit card until such charges exceed $10.00. Bright Directories may suspend the service without notice if payment for the service is overdue. Fees not disputed within sixty (60) days of due date are conclusively deemed accurate. Customer agrees to pay Bright Directories's reasonable reinstatement fee following a suspension of service for non-payment, and to pay Bright Directories's reasonable costs of collection of overdue amounts, including collection agency fees, attorney fees and court costs.
The service is billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or other defined term or period of time basis and is non-refundable for the license purchase. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
We will contact you on the phone number/ e-mail id provided to us upon you placing an order to confirm the details of the order, the price paid/ to be paid and estimated delivery time. You shall not be entitled to cancel the order once you have received the above confirmation from us. If an item you ordered is unavailable post confirmation of the order, we will inform you of such unavailability.
Once we receive your email or call on support@brightdirectories.comfor cancellation or refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction.
1. Bright Directories reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, its Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change. Such notice will be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Bright Directories site (BrightDirectories.com) or the Service itself.
3. Bright Directories shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Transferring of ownership and liability of your account for the Service is possible. This requires an email and/or phone request in order to transfer ownership of the Service to a new party. In order to prevent fraud or accidental ownership transfers, additional security information may be required to protect you from falsified transfers. And until such security information is provided to verify your identity, your account and the Service will not be transferred to another party. A one-time transfer fee may apply to transfer ownership and liability of the Service to a new party.
5. Although upgrading to newer versions of the Service is free, requesting Bright Directories to assist with migrations such as (but not limited to) member feature posts and data, design, category structures, widgets, and functionality may incur additional fees, and may not be possible in some circumstances. Bright Directories does not guarantee that any of the migrations listed above will be possible when the migration will occur between websites using different software versions or design frameworks.
6. If your website is using Bright Directories payment processing with the default payment gateway, meaning you are not using your own payment gateway account, you assume all risks associated with the collection of these payments through your website.
If a member of your website disputes a charge to their credit card or files a chargeback claim on a payment made through your website using the default payment gateway, you cannot request a withdrawal of the funds associated with the disputed transaction until the claim is settled.
Bright Directories will respond to the chargeback claim on your behalf.
Bright Directories may not notify the website owner that a chargeback claim was filed by a member.
If a chargeback claim is lost and as a result the member receives a refund of the associated transaction, this amount will be deducted from your website's Net Revenue total, and a $30 fee will also be deducted from your Net Revenue Total to compensate for the $25 fee charged by the payment gateway to mediate the dispute.
If a chargeback claim is won by Bright Directories, your net revenue total will not be impacted.
